ATTENTION NEIGHBORHOOD PRESIDENTS!

ATTENTION SEMINOLE HEIGHTS ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS AND
BOARD MEMBERS.I am not sure if any of the neighborhood presidents
or board members read this blog. If you know any board members,
officers, or president, please pass this along.

Recently, I put post on the site regarding “Corporate Giant Neighbors”
and their ill kept properties. Last night, a neighbor from OSHNA
responded to offer a plausible explanation of how these properties
could reach these levels. At the end of her comment, she volunteered
to chair a committee that could keep our corporate neighbors apprised
of the conditions of their properties. I think this is a brilliant suggestion,
however would like to make one of my own. Since these corporations
affect all neighborhoods (Greater Seminole Heights) This should be
an “All Seminole Heights” effort/committee (1) with representation for
all 3 groups.

Part of her comment is copied below. Please read her entire comment
under the post “Should Our Corporate Giant Neighbors be Held by
the Same Standards?” (August)

We are all very powerful individually and even more so as a
neighborhood. Perhaps this calls for an ad hoc committee to
find resolution. I’ll gladly volunteer to be the chair, but I can’t
seem to figure out how to post except anonymously (yes I have
a blog account with a matching password and I’m computer literate).

If anyone is interested in really taking action, call me and we’ll get it done.

Best, Kelly Norton
